International Recruiter – English Speaking (No Experience Required)

About the role

We are looking for an International Recruiter who will focus on English‑speaking candidates across Finance, Legal and IT sectors in Malta. No prior recruitment experience is required – you will receive full training and mentorship from senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live search assignments and write compelling job advertisements.
• Manage multiple recruitment processes, keeping candidate pipelines active and moving.
• Engage with candidates, prepare them for interviews and match them with client requirements.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable talent.
• Participate in daily team huddles, training sessions and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Motivated, high‑energy attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Based in Malta or willing to relocate.
