Recruitment Consultant – Full Training – Start This Autumn

About the role

Archer is looking for motivated individuals to join its team as Recruitment Consultants. This entry‑level position offers full, paid training and mentorship, enabling you to become an IT recruitment specialist in Malta.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage top tech talent, including developers, engineers and tech leaders.
• Match candidates with leading IT and technology companies across Malta.
• Build and maintain high‑value business relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Participate in structured training sessions, one‑on‑one coaching and group workshops.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Required profile

• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, real estate, or telesales.
• Goal‑driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong motivation to start a career in recruitment; a bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
