About the role

Join Accelerate Finance & Legal Recruitment as a Recruiter and start a career in talent acquisition without prior recruitment experience. You will work in a vibrant on‑site office in Malta, learning the full recruitment cycle while building expertise in the finance and legal sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from client outreach to candidate placement.
• Develop specialist knowledge of finance and legal markets to match candidates with high‑value opportunities.
• Engage with senior clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Participate in business development activities and contribute to team targets.

Required profile

• Strong ambition and desire to grow quickly in a performance‑driven environment.
• Resilience, commitment, and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, retail, hospitality, finance, real estate, events, or similar fields.
