About the role
Xara Palace, part of the Xara Collection, is looking for a friendly and professional Guest Experience Associate to deliver an exceptional stay for its guests. The role centres on outstanding customer service, handling guest inquiries and creating memorable experiences. It is a full-time position in the hospitality and leisure sector.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests on arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations and special requests.
- Provide personalised recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings and local attractions.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Friendly, professional and guest-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Required skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems is a plus.
