Xara Palace, part of the Xara Collection, is looking for a friendly and professional Guest Experience Associate to deliver an exceptional stay for its guests. The role centres on outstanding customer service, handling guest inquiries and creating memorable experiences. It is a full-time position in the hospitality and leisure sector.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Assist guests with inquiries, reservations and special requests.
• Provide personalised recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings and local attractions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Friendly, professional and guest-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems is a plus.
