Customer Support Officer – Dutch/Flemish & French

About the role

Join MeDirect, a fast‑growing digital bank, as a Customer Support Officer helping Belgian and Dutch clients throughout their banking journey. You will work closely with the Wealth Support Manager in a hybrid environment, balancing on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails to attract new clients.
• Resolve customer queries, escalating technical issues when needed, and provide clear solutions.
• Inform customers about the bank’s products and services.
• Process customer instructions such as payments, trade placements, portfolio transfers, and account openings/closures.
• Support marketing campaigns focused on savings and wealth products.

Required profile

• Native proficiency in Flemish/Dutch and French; Dutch‑only speakers are also welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (a plus).
• Previous experience in a customer service role is an asset.
