Customer Service Advisor – Danish Speaking (Hybrid, Malta)

About the role

We are seeking a Danish‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join the Customer Service Department of a leading international online gambling and gaming company in Malta. The role is hybrid, based in the Sliema office, and involves handling betting, payments and account‑related enquiries through live chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers via live chat, telephone and email, providing clear and efficient communication.
• Use internal tools to investigate and resolve enquiries, coordinating with various departments.
• Escalate complex issues within the Customer Service department as needed.
• Address customer requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Apply knowledge of company policies, procedures and licensing requirements to deliver accurate information.
• Promote responsible gambling and act as an advocate for safe play.

Required profile

• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote work.
• Understanding of online gambling regulations is a plus.
