Junior Business Analyst

About the role

EY is looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join its consulting team. You will support technology‑driven transformation projects across various industries, helping clients improve their business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in analysing current business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support requirements gathering and documentation through stakeholder workshops.
• Help design improved processes using specialised tools.
• Facilitate communication between business and IT teams.
• Participate in testing, validation, and user training activities.
• Continuously develop analytical skills within the financial services sector.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a consulting environment.
• Familiarity with business‑process or agile tools is a plus.
