About the role
EY is looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join its consulting team. You will support technology‑driven transformation projects across various industries, helping clients improve their business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in analysing current business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Support requirements gathering and documentation through stakeholder workshops.
- Help design improved processes using specialised tools.
- Facilitate communication between business and IT teams.
- Participate in testing, validation, and user training activities.
- Continuously develop analytical skills within the financial services sector.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a consulting environment.
- Familiarity with business‑process or agile tools is a plus.
