Transfer Pricing Associate

About the role

PwC Malta is seeking a Transfer Pricing Associate to join its Tax and Legal team. You will work alongside experienced professionals, supporting multinational groups and Maltese businesses with transfer pricing compliance, documentation and advisory projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Local Files, Master Files and other transfer pricing documentation.
• Support analyses of cross‑border intra‑group transactions.
• Perform functional analyses, assessing functions, assets and risks.
• Assist with benchmarking studies and economic analyses.
• Gather and analyse financial, operational and commercial information from clients.
• Support transfer pricing compliance and disclosure engagements.
• Monitor developments in transfer pricing legislation, OECD guidance and Maltese tax regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Malta and across the PwC network.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum bachelor level).
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience or a strong interest in transfer pricing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong project management, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a changing environment.
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
