Risk & Regulation Associate

About the role

We are seeking a curious and motivated Risk & Regulation Associate to join PwC’s Advisory team in Qormi. In this client‑facing position you will work alongside experienced colleagues on real‑world challenges, helping organisations understand and manage risk, meet regulatory expectations and improve governance.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of tasks throughout planning, fieldwork and completion phases of engagements.
• Contribute to audit and consulting projects following PwC methodologies and quality standards.
• Conduct interviews, analyse data, document business processes and identify risk, control gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare clear deliverables such as working papers, data‑driven insights, draft reports and presentations for management, boards and audit committees.
• Develop technical, digital and data‑analysis capabilities and share knowledge within the team.
• Build professional relationships with internal and client stakeholders through meetings, workshops and learning sessions.
• Collaborate with PwC subject‑matter experts to bring specialised expertise to client work.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a recognised university degree relevant to risk, finance or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset, curiosity and motivation to learn.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative, client‑focused environment.
