Tax Executive (Hybrid, Full Time)

About the role

CSB Group is seeking a motivated Tax Executive to join its Tax Department on a full‑time hybrid basis. Reporting to the Tax Manager, you will support tax compliance for a diverse client portfolio while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare corporate tax documents and assist with individual tax returns for various clients.
• Handle client ad‑hoc queries and gather data for international tax assessments such as Transfer Pricing.
• Perform administrative tasks related to tax filings, ensure timely submission, and maintain internal reports.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and support client satisfaction initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Accountancy or pursuing ACA/ACCA qualification.
• Basic understanding of the Maltese tax system and up to 2 years of tax or accounting experience.
• Strong work ethic, ownership of tasks, and excellent communication in English and Maltese.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good problem‑solving and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with SAGE accounting software.
