Student Success Manager – Remote (Part‑time)

About the role

Elephant & Cross is seeking a proactive Student Success Manager to own the end‑to‑end student experience, from enrolment through to qualification completion. The position is fully remote and part‑time, supporting students who are studying for UK‑regulated diplomas and degrees while working full‑time.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct induction calls with newly enrolled students.
• Monitor student progress and proactively reach out to those who fall behind.
• Respond to student queries via telephone, WhatsApp and email.
• Carry out completion calls to gather feedback, testimonials and advise on next qualification steps.
• Guide students through Get Qualified Scheme applications and prepare university submissions.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report weekly on retention, progression and feedback.

Required profile

• Fluency in both Maltese and English (written and spoken).
• At least a Level 5 MQF qualification (or currently studying for it).
• Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑facing telephone role such as customer success, account management, retention, sales, recruitment, banking or insurance.
• Current residence in Malta.
