Business Development & Life Design Mentor – Leadership

About the role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our international mentoring and Success Education team as Business Development & Life Design Mentors. In this role you will guide individuals who are re‑thinking their career paths, helping them design a flexible, purpose‑driven professional life.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct short discovery conversations with prospective clients to understand their goals and challenges.
• Identify alignment with our Life Design and Success Education programs.
• Introduce and explain program offerings, supporting clients through the enrollment process.
• Maintain an independent pipeline while collaborating with the international leadership community for training and mentorship.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of professional experience, entrepreneurship, or senior leadership.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously.
• Interest in personal growth, self‑leadership, and life‑design concepts.
• Willingness to explore non‑traditional, performance‑based income models.
