Senior Revenue Manager – Hospitality (3-5 Hotels)

About the role

Ruby is looking for a Senior Revenue Manager to drive strategic revenue performance across 3‑5 of its boutique hotels. You will work closely with the central Revenue & Distribution department to maximise total revenue, market share and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily yield management and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Develop and implement revenue strategies based on statistical data and market trends.
• Optimize distribution channels and market segments to enhance brand awareness and production.
• Lead revenue strategy meetings and foster collaboration across commercial teams.
• Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and manage the yearly budget.

Required profile

• Professional training or degree in hotel management or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in revenue management or distribution.
• Strong analytical mindset, numbers‑savvy and proactive attitude.
• Excellent planning, organisational abilities and a high sense of responsibility.
• Confident communicator with professional English proficiency; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
