Sales Support Associate

About the role

As a Sales Support Associate you will be the main point of contact for Wolt’s merchant partners, ensuring they receive timely answers and that their stores run smoothly on the platform. You will handle communications, menu updates and day‑to‑day issue resolution while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to merchant emails and support tickets with clear, helpful answers and keep partners updated until requests are resolved.
• Make accurate updates to restaurant menus and retail assortments, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
• Troubleshoot merchant, equipment and operational issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team.
• Assist Account Management and Merchant teams with partner requests, administrative tasks and store updates.
• Verify that merchant information and menus are accurate and meet Wolt standards.
• Identify recurring issues, share merchant feedback and work with internal teams to improve the partner experience.
