Senior Legal Counsel

About the role

Kambi is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its Commercial Legal team in Malta. The successful candidate will provide commercial legal support to the global business, handling a wide range of contractual and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate key commercial contracts with customers and suppliers.
• Provide legal advice on intellectual property, data protection, corporate, employment and dispute resolution matters.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Malta, London and Stockholm to deliver strategic commercial solutions.
• Support the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years post‑qualification experience in commercial law.
• Proven track record of handling complex commercial transactions and negotiations.
• Experience in IP, corporate, data protection or dispute resolution is desirable.
• Strong academic background and, preferably, prior in‑house experience or secondments.
• Ability to analyse commercial issues and present clear, pragmatic advice.
