Senior Learning and Development Specialist

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join its Internal Firm Services team in Malta. You will partner with business units to identify learning needs, design curricula, and deliver programmes that build capabilities across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on learning strategy for multiple business units.
• Analyse training needs across grades and management levels.
• Design, develop and evaluate learning curricula and activities.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of L&D programmes, from ideation to business impact.
• Facilitate train‑the‑trainer sessions, workshops and business‑skills training.
• Collaborate with internal and external subject‑matter experts to source content.
• Automate L&D processes and generate data for decision‑making.
• Manage the L&D budget and own project operations from start to finish.

Required profile

• University degree (tertiary level).
• 2‑3 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in professional services.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and client‑oriented mindset.
• Passion for learning, digital tools and continuous improvement.
