Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned and well‑connected Sales Manager to drive new payment services across emerging digital‑finance and regulated markets. Based in Malta, the epicenter of Europe’s fintech scene, you will leverage your network, market expertise and pricing savvy to position our platform as the agile partner of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close new opportunities in complex, fast‑evolving sectors.
• Build a robust sales pipeline using your network and industry insight.
• Present our EMI/payment platform as a client‑centric alternative to legacy providers.
• Structure commercial terms and pricing models that balance agility with prudent risk management.
• Own the end‑to‑end client journey, guiding integration and driving renewals or upsells.
• Liaise with onboarding, operations and support teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing service.
• Maintain strong post‑sale relationships, delivering responsive support and ongoing value.
• Represent the company at industry events, speak, network and feed real‑time market insights back to product and pricing strategy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience in EMI, PSP, FX, gaming, crypto or similar fintech sectors.
• Proven track record of hunting new logos and closing complex deals.
• Deep understanding of pricing, onboarding and client support in specialist sectors.
• Extensive senior‑level network and regular presence at industry gatherings.
• Highly driven, entrepreneurial and targets‑obsessed while being collaborative.
• Based in Malta with flexibility to travel.
