Reservations Manager – Malta

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Reservations Manager to lead the reservations department at the iconic Hard Rock Hotel Malta. You will ensure a seamless booking journey for guests across rooms, suites, restaurants and events while driving occupancy and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the reservations team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor and optimise booking channels (direct, OTA, GDS).
• Train, motivate and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.
• Analyse reservations data, forecast demand and provide reports to management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong guest‑first mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Opera (or similar) reservation system.
• Channel management tools.
