Quality Assurance Specialist (Mobile Games & Web Apps)

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to own testing across our portfolio of mobile games and web applications. The role is a shared resource, supporting multiple titles and ensuring every release meets the high standards expected by our players.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and maintain manual test cases covering functional, regression and release testing.
• Test gameplay, UI/UX, monetisation, advertising and analytics systems.
• Identify, reproduce and document issues with clear steps, verify fixes and assess release readiness.
• Own and improve the QA pipeline, including reports, checklists and acceptance criteria.
• Provide gameplay and quality feedback to designers and developers.
• Deliver player support: respond to inquiries, verify reported issues and issue refunds or compensation.
• Support community‑management actions across social channels.
• Research and manage third‑party QA resources, device farms and tools.
• Maintain the company’s test‑device inventory and stay up‑to‑date with platform regulations.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience in web testing and manual QA for games or applications.
