Python Developer – Agentic AI (Remote, Malta)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, VC‑backed AI‑enabled group that is integrating fragmented services businesses across the UK. As a Python Engineer you will build agentic products end‑to‑end, designing the agent architecture, wiring the tool layer and owning the infrastructure that keeps everything running.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement agent architecture for AI‑driven products.
• Wire up the tool layer that connects agents to external services.
• Own and maintain the AWS‑based infrastructure using Docker and Terraform.
• Collaborate with a small senior team to move ideas from concept to production quickly.
• Deliver high‑performance, scalable solutions in a fast‑moving environment.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience developing agentic systems in a high‑performance scale‑up.
• Ability to operate in fast‑moving environments with incomplete information.
• Background in FinTech is a plus.
• Typically 4–7 years of engineering experience, mid‑going‑on‑senior level.
