Project Manager – Technology & Digital Transformation

About the role

As a Project Manager you will lead technology implementation and digital transformation projects from initiation through delivery, go‑live and transition to business‑as‑usual operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of ERP, CRM, HRIS, cyber, cloud, data and digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries.
• Own and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risk logs and governance artefacts.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, escalating and resolving them promptly.
• Facilitate governance forums, project reviews and steering‑committee reporting.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, cut‑over, transition and hyper‑care activities.
• Support business change, training and adoption to maximise technology investment value.
• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams, providing coaching and feedback.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and the development of PwC’s Digital Project Management practice.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of project management experience delivering technology or business transformation initiatives.
• Proven delivery of ERP, CRM, HRIS, cyber, cloud, data, analytics or digital transformation projects.
• Strong planning, governance, stakeholder management and delivery leadership capabilities.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, issues and change requests.
• Effective communication with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
