Project Manager – Business Optimization & AI

About the role

The Project Manager will drive cross‑departmental projects and business‑optimization initiatives, turning strategic priorities into actionable plans and delivering measurable value. The role also leads change management, ensuring new processes are adopted and sustained.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of projects, from ideation to completion, with clear scope, planning, communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Shape, enforce and improve EPMO processes, standards and guidelines across teams.
• Engage stakeholders to understand current operating models, identify pain points and lead optimisation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, capture and prioritise requirements, and translate them into solution designs.
• Support business case development, cost‑benefit analysis and post‑implementation reviews.
• Identify and champion AI and automation opportunities to boost productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field.
• 3+ years in project management, business analysis or related roles, preferably in technology or iGaming.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders at all levels and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel.
• Process‑mapping and diagramming: Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, BPMN.
• AI tools: Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT (with strong prompting skills).
• Workflow automation: Power Automate, n8n, Zapier (optional).
• Methodologies: Predictive, Agile, hybrid, Lean/ Six Sigma principles.
