Salesforce System Administrator

About the role

Altenar is seeking a skilled Salesforce System Administrator to maintain and enhance its Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, including user setup, roles, permissions, and access control.
• Monitor performance, reliability, and availability of the Salesforce environment.
• Maintain data integrity through regular uploads, backups, audits, and deduplication.
• Develop and configure custom objects, validation rules, formulas, workflows, and flows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deploy new features.
• Support integrations with third‑party tools such as Slack, Zendesk, JIRA, Docusign CLM and others.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder a plus).
• 3+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform administration.
• Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein and Scheduler.
• Custom object and workflow development.
• Data integration and migration tools.
• Experience with integrations (Slack, Zendesk, JIRA, Docusign CLM, Certinia).
