Marketing Executive

About the role

Deloitte Digital is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and detail‑oriented Junior Marketing Executive to join its Marketing team. The role focuses on visual communication, branding, and digital marketing within a technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, digital ads, brochures, presentations, banners and other marketing collateral.
• Assist in producing visual content for websites, email campaigns, and social media.
• Support the development and maintenance of the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Create graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and related tools.
• Provide basic video editing and motion‑graphics support where required.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns across search, display, SEO, and social media channels.
• Coordinate artwork production with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Organise and maintain digital design assets and ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related creative discipline.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Figma.
• Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (advantage).
• Understanding of digital marketing channels such as social media, SEO, search and display advertising.
