Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives within the construction and property development sector. You will help enhance brand awareness, promote projects and services, and strengthen our market presence across both digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
• Coordinate content creation for social media, websites, brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
• Support the organisation of events, project launches, exhibitions, and sponsorship activities.
• Liaise with external agencies and suppliers.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and insights.
• Contribute to market research initiatives and identify visibility opportunities.

Required profile

• Well‑organised and enthusiastic individual with experience in marketing or communications.
• Strong communication and content creation abilities.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in construction, property, architecture, or engineering is an asset.
