Marketing Executive (German & English Speaking)

About the role

A small but dynamic team is looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive based in Malta or holding an EU passport. The role covers everything from concept to execution and performance analysis, shaping how customers are engaged. It suits someone with a couple of years of experience who wants more ownership and variety in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run end-to-end campaigns that keep customers engaged
• Turn ideas into fresh strategies that boost loyalty and lifetime value
• Roll out campaigns across email, social, digital and in-app channels
• Track results with data and insights to improve campaigns
• Work with colleagues across the business to keep the message consistent and on brand
• Test, learn and experiment to discover what works
• Help shape the customer journey with personalised, timely and relevant messages

Required profile

• 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2C campaigns or customer retention
• Understanding of the customer lifecycle, or willingness to learn it
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken
• Nice to have: experience in a regulated environment such as financial services, healthcare or telecoms, and familiarity with compliance in marketing communications
