Machine Operator – Semiconductor Manufacturing

About the role

STMicroelectronics is seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join its semiconductor production lines. You will work on a rotating 4‑shift schedule, ensuring that equipment runs smoothly and that product quality meets the company’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up machines, including calibration and cleaning, to start production cycles.
• Supply raw materials or parts to semi‑automated equipment.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and perform regular efficiency tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the shift.
• Check output for machine‑related defects and maintain records of approved and defective units.
• Log daily activities and production data accurately.
