About the role
The Logistics Assistant will work on‑site in Malta, supporting the logistics team in delivering efficient event operations for a dynamic group of brands in the event, expo, and merchandise industry.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for events, including shipment of materials and timely delivery.
- Manage inventory and maintain event equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the logistics team in day‑to‑day event setup and breakdown.
Required profile
- Experience in logistics, operations, events, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Comfortable with hands‑on tasks such as packing, lifting, and event setup.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when events require.
- Valid driver’s licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, inventory software, or logistics platforms (a plus).
