Legal Counsel (Commercial & Market Expansion)

About the role

Art Of Spin is an innovative iGaming studio seeking a Legal Counsel to support commercial growth and market expansion. You will work closely with the Business Development team, evaluating new markets, onboarding partners, and managing legal risks throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and maintain commercial agreements with operators, aggregators, platform providers and vendors.
• Provide legal analysis of commercial opportunities, identifying contractual, regulatory and reputational risks.
• Conduct legal due‑diligence on prospective partners and support licensing, certification and market‑entry projects.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance and external laboratories on game certifications, supplier onboarding and regulatory documentation.
• Research legal requirements for new jurisdictions, prepare checklists and coordinate external counsel as needed.
• Perform corporate due‑diligence, review ownership structures and sanctions considerations.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with experience in iGaming, online gambling or B2B iGaming suppliers/operators.
• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience supporting international business expansion across regulated markets.
• Familiarity with licensing, certification or regulatory approval processes.
• Fluent English and ability to manage multiple jurisdictions.
