Junior Lawyer – Private Client

About the role

ECONOMIQ Group is expanding its Private Client division and is looking for a junior warranted lawyer to join the team in Malta. You will work directly with high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices and global entrepreneurs on EU residency, citizenship, tax structuring and cross‑border investment projects. The role offers hands‑on execution from day one, not just shadowing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute high‑value residency and citizenship transactions.
• Assist in corporate structuring and private client advisory services.
• Conduct AML/KYC checks and ensure compliance.
• Handle multiple client files simultaneously under pressure.
• Provide direct support to international clients.

Required profile

• Warrant to practise law in Malta.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to hold several files at once under pressure.
• Commercial mindset.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AML/KYC procedures.
