Lead FP&A Analyst (Digital & Tech)

About the role

Tipico, part of Banijay Gaming, is looking for a Lead FP&A Analyst to act as the bridge between Finance and its Digital & Tech teams. The role ensures reliable cost data, accurate forecasts and meaningful insights to guide technology investments, budgeting, monthly reporting and business planning.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve financial models for Digital & Tech, covering budgeting, forecasting, actual spend and scenario analysis.
• Prepare monthly presentations on Digital & Tech costs, highlighting key developments, risks and opportunities.
• Oversee the monthly cost capitalisation process for eligible development activities in line with accounting policies.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting with Digital & Tech stakeholders, aligning financial plans with workforce needs, technology roadmaps and planned investments.
• Perform financial-controlling checks on cost postings for accuracy, completeness and alignment with budgets and forecasts.
• Contribute to monthly management reporting through variance analysis and commentary, with input from Finance and Digital & Tech.
• Analyse cost drivers and support Budget Owners in operating more efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business or data.
• Experience in FP&A or financial controlling, ideally supporting technology or digital teams.
• Familiarity with technology cost drivers (software licences, cloud services, external providers, workforce costs) is an advantage.
• Fluent English and ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Expert-level Excel, including advanced functions, data manipulation, Power Query, pivot tables and formulas.
• Additional experience with data analysis, reporting or automation tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
