About the role

The Hard Rock Hotel Malta’s kitchen team is central to the guest experience, delivering quality, consistency and creativity across its restaurants, hotel outlets and events. We are expanding our Culinary and Stewarding teams at the Cyana Restaurant and throughout the hotel, hiring for multiple positions ranging from Senior Chef de Partie to Steward.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for hospitality and food.
• Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant or hotel environment relevant to the applied position.
• Ability to work effectively in a high‑volume, fast‑paced operation.
• Strong commitment to food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Reliability, flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Eligibility to work in Malta or Europe and meet work‑authorization requirements.
