About the role

Join Archer, a leading recruitment consultancy in Malta, as a Junior Recruitment Consultant. No prior recruitment experience is required – you will be trained by top performers and directors to become a specialist within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live search assignments and write compelling job advertisements.
• Manage multiple recruitment processes, engage with candidates, and partner with clients.
• Prepare talent for interviews and support deal closure.

Required profile

• Motivated and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
