HR Manager – Hands‑on Leader for Growing iGaming Company

About the role

Our client, a well‑established iGaming operator, is seeking a proactive HR Manager to lead both day‑to‑day HR administration and strategic initiatives. The role is hands‑on, adaptable, and based in the office with some flexibility when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, systems, records and employee documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal standards.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding, working closely with external providers.
• Support workforce planning, role design and performance management together with senior leadership.
• Handle employee‑relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes.
• Manage employee benefits, leave administration and coordinate with the external payroll provider.
• Identify and coordinate training and development activities with operations managers.
• Lead HR projects such as pay‑transparency work and performance‑management system implementation.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of hands‑on HR experience across multiple HR verticals.
• Proven track record as a Senior HR Generalist, HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
• Strong background in employee relations, performance management and recruitment.
• Experience coordinating payroll, benefits, leave administration and HR systems.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to advise and constructively challenge managers while partnering with senior leadership.
