HR Officer

About the role

The HR Officer will support Ryanair's 27,000+ aviation professionals across Europe, handling a wide range of HR issues and acting as the first point of contact for employees at assigned bases.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full HR function for up to 1,000+ employees in assigned locations.
• Monitor employee absence and turnover, identifying trends and taking action.
• Liaise with management on HR matters, including grievances, disciplinary investigations and legal case preparation.
• Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Prepare contracts, payroll and reference documentation.
• Travel across Europe to meet employees, conduct interviews and negotiate employment matters.

Required profile

• Relevant HR or business degree.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
