Junior Payments Officer – Finance & Fund Administration

About the role

The Junior Payments Officer will support the finance and fund administration teams by handling invoicing, payments, fee calculations and related administrative tasks. This entry‑level position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare periodic invoicing for CC Fund Services Malta Limited.
• Process payments following internal procedures.
• File invoices promptly and maintain pending invoice lists.
• Calculate and maintain various fund‑related fees, including director fees.
• Download daily and non‑daily statements and prepare VAT/TAX advisor invoice lists.
• Liaise with clients to obtain confirmations as required.
• Assist the CC Fund Services team with queries and ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of invoices, payments and financial processes.
• Good numerical and analytical abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the finance function.
