Human Resources Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an organised and detail‑oriented Human Resources Administrator to support the day‑to‑day operations of our HR function in Malta. Reporting to the Human Resources Executive, you will ensure that employee documentation, HR systems, and statutory submissions are accurate and timely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment cycle: post ads, screen applications, coordinate interviews and prepare new‑joiner documentation.
• Create and maintain employee profiles in Talexio and manage access to the punch‑clock system.
• Update employee records, submit engagements and terminations via Jobsplus, and communicate changes to payroll.
• Assist with monthly payroll preparation by verifying attendance and HR data.
• Administer work permits and Third Country Nationals applications through Jobsplus, Identità and other government portals.
• Organise and track employee training, act as Health and Safety Representative, and handle general HR enquiries.
• Provide administrative support such as correspondence, filing and record‑keeping while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
• Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (advantageous).
• Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee administration and payroll processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Talexio.
• Experience using Jobsplus.
• Familiarity with Identità or similar government portals.
