Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to provide 360‑degree leadership support for a fast‑scaling client group. You will help leaders make faster, better decisions, embed high performance and engagement, and shape organizational design in a dynamic digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executives and function heads to drive people strategy and talent decisions.
• Design and implement people frameworks, not just maintain inherited ones.
• Lead change‑management initiatives and ensure lasting impact.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support for employees and managers.
• Conduct workforce planning and talent forecasting to meet capability needs.
• Improve organizational structure and design as the business scales.

Required profile

• Senior HR business partnering experience working as a peer to senior leaders.
• Background in B2C operations within fast‑paced digital businesses (iGaming, e‑commerce, fintech, marketplaces, etc.).
• Proven track record of designing and delivering people frameworks.
• Hands‑on change‑management experience with measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of EU employment law.
• Interest in leveraging automation and AI for HR optimization.
