HR Business Partner – Human Capital Team

About the role

PwC is seeking an HR Business Partner to join its Human Capital team. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor, supporting employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle while contributing to a positive workplace experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding, employee changes, and off‑boarding activities.
• Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and use HR data and analytics for decision‑making.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Legal and other internal stakeholders on recruitment, workforce planning, compliance and employee relations.
• Contribute to HR projects that enhance the employee experience and align with the firm’s people strategy.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in an HR‑related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Workday (HRIS) for record keeping and reporting.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
