HR Business Partner – Human Capital

About the role

PwC is seeking an HR Business Partner to join its Human Capital team in Qormi. You will work closely with business leaders and employees to deliver a positive employee experience across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding, employee changes, and off‑boarding processes.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and use HR data analytics for decision‑making.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Legal and other stakeholders on recruitment, workforce planning, compliance and employee relations.
• Contribute to HR projects that enhance the employee experience and align with the firm’s people strategy.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in an HR‑related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using technology and Microsoft Office applications.
