Head of Product

About the role

Relax Gaming is seeking a Head of Product to shape the future of its product portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will lead a team of Product Managers across multiple domains, delivering products that delight operators, engage players and drive commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing product organisation.
• Establish best practices for discovery, prioritisation and delivery.
• Translate company strategy into clear roadmaps and execution plans.
• Own prioritisation, health and investment decisions across the product portfolio.
• Monitor KPIs, use data to optimise performance and ensure roadmap transparency.
• Partner with Commercial, Design, Engineering and Operations to achieve shared outcomes.
• Improve delivery processes, remove blockers and champion agile principles.
• Hire, mentor and build succession plans for product talent.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 4+ years leading product managers or product teams.
• Proven track record managing complex digital product portfolios.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance customer needs with business goals.
• Experience in data‑driven decision making and KPI ownership.
