Full‑Time & Part‑Time Waiter

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic full‑time and part‑time waiters to join the front‑of‑house team at Café Cuba, a vibrant restaurant in Malta that blends Cuban flavours with a modern twist. The role involves delivering excellent customer service to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus and answer basic queries.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, checking that guests are satisfied.
• Assist supervisors with daily operations to maximise efficiency.
• Help train and mentor new staff members when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a restaurant environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Fluent English.
• Residency in Malta with a valid work permit (for non‑EU nationals).
• Clean police conduct certificate.
