FMCG Sales Representative

About the role

The FMCG Sales Representative will drive sales growth and expand market presence for a portfolio of fast‑moving consumer goods. You will build strong customer relationships, deliver excellent service, and act as the brand ambassador within an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and report on performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams on promotions and product launches.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the FMCG sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, results‑oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Organised with a valid driving licence.
• Previous experience in FMCG sales or field sales is an advantage.
