Enterprise Sales Manager, Retail

About the role

Wolt, a global delivery platform owned by DoorDash, is looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth of its retail offering. You will acquire strategic partnerships with new merchants, act as a trusted partner in the retail space, shape the offering across several verticals and build long-term value for Wolt and its partners.

Key responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the enterprise sales cycle, from strategy and prospecting to contract negotiations and onboarding.
• Define a sales strategy to meet targets set by management and build a pipeline of potential retail partnerships.
• Understand the competition and retail market across verticals such as supermarkets, health & beauty, florists, toys and electronics.
• Target new enterprise-level partners and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including technical, legal and financial aspects, from first contact to signed contract.
• Work with regional and global teams on multinational prospects and larger partnership strategies.
• Identify business solutions that create value for both Wolt and its partners.

Required profile

• 4-6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in retail, tech/SaaS or field sales.
• Proven track record of closing complex deals and building partner portfolios from scratch.
• Consultative sales approach, able to tailor Wolt's offering and demonstrate ROI.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and to turn data into actionable insights and report on KPIs.
• Fluent English; Maltese is a plus.

What we offer

• Salary range of EUR 3,445 - 4,306 gross per month, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, location and market conditions.
• Possibility of an equity award grant of restricted stock units on commencement and during the annual pay review cycle.
