Key responsibilities

• Proactively pursue new sales opportunities using designated strategies.
• Meet sales targets and deadlines set by the team.
• Handle customer onboarding and verification following operational procedures.
• Provide accurate product information and respond to inquiries via email, SMS, and phone.
• Liaise with payments, collections, and other departments to ensure smooth interactions.
• Contribute to sales reports, documentation of procedures, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in telesales, cold calling or online customer support.
• Higher education qualification.
• Fluent in English and native‑level Spanish (Spain).
• Experience selling financial products and familiarity with onboarding documentation.
• Quick learner with a results‑driven attitude and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong Excel skills.
