DevOps Engineer – Cloud Infrastructure & CI/CD

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on DevOps Engineer to design, build and operate cloud‑native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The role focuses on AWS services, container platforms and database administration while collaborating closely with development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain AWS infrastructure (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins, ensuring reliable, repeatable deployments.
• Containerize applications, manage Docker images and orchestrate workloads on ECS/EKS or Kubernetes.
• Administer PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis – schema design, backups, replication, sharding, performance tuning.
• Implement infrastructure‑as‑code, configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet) and monitoring/alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK).
• Collaborate on Git workflows, branching strategies, code reviews and release management.
• Automate security, secrets management and compliance checks (AWS IAM best practices, Vault/Secrets Manager).
• Troubleshoot production incidents, conduct post‑mortems and drive reliability improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional DevOps/SRE experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with core AWS services.
• Proven ability to work with Docker, Kubernetes/ECS/EKS and CI/CD tooling.
• Solid background in PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis administration.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
