Data Engineer – Real-time & Batch Pipelines

About the role

Tired of the same old pipelines? Join us to design, build, and maintain near‑real‑time and batch data flows that power our datalake, regulatory reporting, analytics and machine‑learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and reliable batch and streaming data pipelines in a modern cloud environment.
• Implement data engineering best practices to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data‑feed issues to maintain uninterrupted flow.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams on strategic data use.
• Own the full development lifecycle and work independently when needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data integration and real‑time streaming.
• Strong command of spoken English.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data quality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and communicate clearly.

Required skills

• Streaming big datasets using Spark or similar.
• Cloud data processing on AWS or GCP.
• Programming in Python or Scala/Java.
• SQL query writing and optimisation.
• Airflow.
• Data‑warehousing concepts.
