Director of Product

About the role

Patrianna, a fast‑scaling product development company at the intersection of technology and entertainment, is seeking a Director of Product to own product strategy end‑to‑end across a growing multi‑product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for the entire portfolio, translating company goals into coherent direction and delivering shipped products.
• Set and own Product & Technology OKRs with the executive team, cascade them across the organisation and report outcomes at C‑level.
• Lead and develop senior product representatives, building a leadership bench that scales with the business.
• Prioritise at portfolio level, deciding what gets built, delayed or discarded, and defend those decisions with data.
• Serve as senior product interface for commercial leadership and key external partners.
• Champion AI‑first ways of working, embedding automation into product organisation processes.

Required profile

• Proven product leadership at scale, having led leaders and owned business outcomes across a multi‑product environment.
• Track record of turning ambiguous business goals into product strategy and shipped results at pace.
• Executive presence comfortable setting OKRs with C‑suite and reporting at board level.
• Commercial fluency with strong analytical grounding and data‑driven prioritisation.
• Background in online gaming or building consumer‑facing products at scale is strongly preferred.
